I try to keep my life in stasis focusing generally on progression, restoration, intellect, and enlightenment. I take school very seriously and I try to keep my priorities aligned as far as my future. I am currently only taking electives as I finished my generals this past spring. I'm a gluten free eater who is on the cusp of being vegetarian. I take nutrition & health seriously minus a few minor things here or there. I am passionate about the things I love and apathetic to the things I don't. I'm nice unless given reason not to be. You get what you give.

My Gluten-Free Vegetarian Lent: Day 1
Two rules for lent. No gluten and no meat. The gluten one I have to do anyways. I will not intentionally eat gluten. I am still new to gluten-free so I will go by intentions. Meat, I will not touch. Period. Animal products are fair game though.

Gluten Free. Scale Avoidance.
My weight has been up and down since December.
It’s on the upside now, which isn’t exactly fun. But i’ve been between 150-165 for the last 2 years and honestly i’ve just gotten used to being in this weight zone.
If you keep up with me on repress you’ll see me talking about being sick a lot.
I haven’t been tested but through process of elimination and a self diagnosis, I believe I have a gluten intolerance. So from this point on, I will be cutting back on my gluten tremendously.
Something I’ll be doing also is working carbs back in. I’ve been able to lose before on a high calorie/low carb diet. But it’s hard to maintain that lifestyle. The one I know works best for me is moderation and that is what I’m going to try and get back into.
I won’t be weighing myself for a few weeks. I don’t want to focus on the scale anymore. I want to go by how I feel. Getting better and not feeling like shit all the time is key. I know cutting out gluten will help.
So yea. I’ll be updating here more. With intakes and things.
